Got a feeling this is gonna make it into this year's Screamfortress, I hope so XD.
Last year's effects (minus Neutron Star) were crap IMO

Have the web instead of at top, be coming of the head instead similar to time warp particle effect, the end of the web sticks out from all sides of head

Make it cooler, add spiders that go randomly in the web at all places, make it so that the webs move in a circle, 2 webs and green don't make it look mean (sorry).
