But if you still prefer a map script then take a look at a guide I did explaining how to -> https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1246791576
Not yet but will later tonight or tomorrow.
Have u tried playing Kupe on Europe or East Asia maps? (Default maps) He almost always starts at a corner.
But it does spawn it on coasts which IMO is a bit wrong
I'll see what I can do about Bermuda Triangle.
In the meantime, use "reveal all" console command to check spawn locations. Restart if necessary. But I tried playing Kupe on this map and really he's not very suited to it unless you settle Tasmania or a wonder.
Have fun
In the Summer '17 patch resource allocation has been altered (for more sea resources in particular) but perhaps also for Jebel Barkal which gives +2 iron.
FYI I didn't alter strategic resource defaults on this map but I did fix the desert generation logic from Outback Tycoon (which isn't actually working properly on their map)
I did notice that it disappears from the map list whenever I start an MP match with it, defaulting to Pangaea instead. I have Yet (not) Another Map Pack installed and the Randomised British Isles and they're still in the list when I go back to check the game setup tab.
