If anyone can confirm whether this actually *holds* (hides) some number of parked vehicles (even if they don't drive in) that would be helpful.

I don't think not SEEING cars park there means it isn't working. If there are underground/invisible parking spaces where cars can teleport to, allowing it to hold vehicles and get them off the side of the streets, that's kinda working. At least as much as the friggin game lets it work..

So, it's not working then. There's no actual underground portion with functional parking places.

The asset is working but you won't see any cars drive through it or park there
