BTW, I have a American Suburban House in the middle of this asset. Is it just me or is anybody having the same problem above?

You can then use RON to replace the roads with the standalone replacements if you want

This and the station are the only mods/assets I have installed in the last week so it has to be this.
Any ideas what the conflict is between?
Unfortunately, it is so big and so detailed that it causes problems in my city.
I preferred to use the Liège Guillemins station, which is smaller and easier to replace my initial central station.
I had the same problem so gave up trying to use it. Shame really as it's a fantastic looking station.
There is a "hidden" road acces near the tramways that you have to connect aswell in order for service vehicles to be able to enter the station, as is quite literally stated 3 times in the description.
