There is another mod I like which shares your version date, to use it I can only use this wonderful version of yours :)

no, the mod will not be updated. It's mechanics go back to how Stellaris was working before the planetary management change, which is more than one year ago.
BUT, there is a very very cool mod out there that gave you not only all the features that Stellar Cheats had, but a lot lot more and it's Better Cheats by @Dimitoru and @ToyB-Chan :

I'd love Admin to be able to just have the first 4 options and no influence/unity gain as I'd rather cheat with more room to grow rather than having loads of stuff.

I'm so sorry nto to being able to get back with an update, and thank you @Serianas for your comment. Reality is, I'm travelling a lot for work so I was not yet able to try the new DLC... leaving me quite clueless on the new mechanics.
Since at this point I'm not sure when I will be able to update it, if someone want to pick it up I gave my full blessing obviously.
But I hope to be able to get back at some point!

I'm curious if any of you look at previous comments or the last updated date on the mod when you comment here. If you look, there is a comment on Dec 7, shortly after 2.2 was released, saying that hes planning on updating it, hopefully soon, when he gets the chance. The "last updated" that should show on your subscribed mods will tell you that, as of the time i'm writing this the mod has not been updated since 2.2 was released. Chill and be patient.

Since edicts only last 10 years by default now couldn't you add one that increases edict duration?

It looks like the only one that still works, at least for me, is the subjects edict. They completely restructured the way planets work so it appears to be in conflict now.

BTW, it should probably work anyway even if the launcher states that is not compatible.
