Openiv and ninjaripper to extract models, 3ds max for rigging. Blender can be used also.
There are tutorials on how to use all of the tools, and how to rig for source

my dude, It still has no ragdoll. When I die instead of a ragdoll dead I get a ragdoll Idle. 1 year ago when I first subscribed to this addon, it had a ragdoll. Everything else is fine. The problem now is that it doesn't have a ragdoll. I can't use stop motion animation with it. Plz help.

its not working for me. There isn't a ragdoll. I am using a different PC. I have downloaded the addon again and its doing the same in this PC. This was my favorite player model. I will have to find another one.

I have that issue as well, but it seems to also occur with all the other GTA NPCs too. It's almost like they are trying to play the reload animation, but the model doesn't have an animation for it so it just stands there, and yeah they do reload upon crouching but they do no crouch very often.

Well, GTA Online always had its downsides since it was released. The updates just make them worse. So players with OP supercars, tanks, Hydras, Insurgents, awfully-colored Armored Kurumas, homing missiles and a red mental state are a common thing now. Players with miniguns and Adders? Not really.
