Hello, my name is Sergio and I have seen that you are a great creator of assetsahra. I am trying to carry out a project, the Dubai project, in which I want to build a large part of the city such as:
-Downtown
the sheikh zayed road etc..
but I don't know how to create assets and I would like if you could make some buildings on the heikh zayed road i downtown dubai.

@Angelhearth Yeh that collection should have everything related to the Dubai project that you would ever need, so don't think there's a need for another collection :)

There's the basic layout. "Palace hotel" is the Primo2 tower and the burj vistas (which aren't part of the opera district ) are the two towers on the bottom left.

What's the layout of the opera? There are 4 buildings in your collection, but I have no idea how to put them together. Of course, I can just spread them out, but I would like to have it as the real thing is.

@zefilipe definitely not impossible. Are a couple of highrises I still have in mind which I think are esential for the skyline of Dubai before I can move on to lowrises, busstops etc.

very nice work again. D'you think about making some low rise Dubai-Buildings like the Madinat Jumeirah ones or just another modern arabic apartment and wall to wall houses?

@sffc Growables are limited to 4x4 plots. If you don't have rico, it will be a unique building with no other function.

Is it growable too, or just RICO? Will it grow in places where the default built-in 50-story office building grows (the one with seafoam green windows)?
