Здравствуйте, мой друг, почему у него только 300-литровый топливный бак, но расход топлива составляет до 500 л в минуту, и он не может повернуть. Кроме того, в файле Spintires Plus, если я помещу файл d3d9.dll в папку с игрой, игра вылетает. После удаления этого файла игра может быть запущена, но на транспортном средстве нет дорожек.

It CAN, and it can ford a pretty good amount of it. But:
1. It does not float, so you will eventually drown in deep enough water. People managed to be able to get caterpillar tracks to work in ST, not sure why boats don't work yet.
2. The tracks can get caught on stuff underwater, which will detrack you. This is not fixed by rescuing or repairing, so if you get tracked, your vehicle is boned.

Press V, then there are a few options you can access. If I remember correctly, they are Bort and Nos or some russian crap like that. Once selected, use R and T to lower/raise the ramp and tailgate.

Some tracked vehicles actually don't have the ability to pivot on the spot.
I suppose this is one of them.
I believe two prime examples are the M3 Lee and the Tiger tank, where the transmission was too weak to spin the whole vehicle on the spot.

Yeah, press V then use R and T to drop ramp or unfold the nose protector thing
Also, is there any way the tracks can be tightened? I love this thing, and its a fantastic rescue vehicle, but after 10-15 minutes I end up getting stuck on an obstacle and the tracks glitch out, which invariably results in the vehicle being violently thrown about.
