Will it be possible to get any of PPV's as props only?

@HavokForce: That may be coming up in my off road pack (which may have sheriff reskins), but for now the next set is NYPD traffic pack (Chevrolet Volt, Smart Fortwo, Toyota Prius). I am still trying to finish up the Impala and the 2016 Explorer first.
