I have it on auto uppdate SASq. Everything uppdates automaticaly for me. I've tried everything.

look others mod you use ... custom trucks or roof bars

I can't add any light to my truck. when i select the roof bar the slot option are empty,

Created a new account, Manager mods installed just this lights, pumped up to the required level to buy the truck and install the light, but still did't work.

hmmm i don't have that problem ...
i guess some of the mods you use change the "vehicle_high_beam.sii"
(difference between offroad and SLL-27W lights are flares)

i can offer you to try:
- test the light in new profile with no mods
- test on default SCS truck (*if you use moded one)
- try to stop all lights mod you use
- check console or log file for some errors

*you looking of mod that use "vehicle_high_beam.sii"
ofc you can try and that if you can:
add mod contain "unit\hookup\vehicle_high_beam.sii" (!you need and folders!)
in mod folder and keep it top in mod list

in general i avoid to make custom flares or other major part,
because SCS change they files so often and it is hard for support
for that most flare files are just default one

what you mean? ...
usually you can see some difference when you use high beam
but idk maybe I take you wrong

mod has a problem, when I turn on the headlights, then press F4, in the tab "additional illumination" include headlights and roof lights, the lighting does not change while it should change
