If you are on PC, use Load Order Mod and its LoadOrderTool.exe.

I have placed this mod on the list of Avoid these mods. Please follow the Plazas & Promenades DLC Compatible modlist.

I love this mod, but could the creator make one for assets and maps as well? Maybe combine all of them into one mod with a menu, or if you don't know how to make a menu just make them separate.

@Finwickle Yeah I'm not sure why that happened... there is no way for me to tell which assets are part of a mod that I can tell so... can't fix it :D

@Finwickle Hmm. It's possible that assets that are part of mods don't get automatically enabled in vanilla game, and I didn't think to check for assets and enable those too. I'll have a look.

When I subscribed to the One-Way Train Tracks mod, the mod was auto-enabled, but the pillar assets it provides were not. Is it possible that your mod doesn't correctly auto-enables those and somehow prevents the game from auto-enabling them like it usually does with assets?

This not only auto-enables a mod at game start, but also when subscribing while playing.

I subscribed to "Zoning and Districts Co-viewer" and the mods button appeared in game, without the need for a restart. Another mod didn't appear (I guess because it adds a button to the main menu, and that isn't refreshed), but I can see in the log that the game did load it.

The game just freezes a couple of seconds after I subscribe to a new mod, I guess while activating it.

Funny that you say you don't understand the reason why mods are not enabled by default, then immediately provide two very good reasons, a warning and a pro-tip :D

It's funny how i sub to all the mods then sub to this one last. Does it still enable it when i sub this mod after all 50+ mods?

@kavak.evony: No, sorry. However I find that to be a strange request. This mod, as I mentioned in the previous comment, should remember your choice if you disable a mod manually.

@WalrusinAnus: You probably turned them off after subbing to this mod. This mod respects your actions, so for example if you sub to this, it will turn on all mods you sub to; but only once. If you then manually disable that mod after having already subbed to this mod, this mod will recognize and remember your action and not re-enable it again. It seems obvious to me why this feature is necessary but let me know if you need me to justify it :p

I have just started the game after a LONG time, and half the mods weren't activated despite being subscribed to this mod. No idea what's wrong.

TPB, this mod didn't work with your No Problem and Flood Damaged. Had to enable manually. Tested with another Steam account in my PC, and with my account.
