Hey Pouakai, I was the fellow who gave you the quote for this wonder a while back. I was doing some research the other day and stumbled across an image of the Templo Mayor which I thought was a bit better than the one included in this. Would you be interested in it?

There are three options, I think. 1) Re-write the text to reflect this reality. 2) Try to write some Lua to mimic the effect you were looking for. 3) Have this wonder grant a free new building to all of your cities that has the +15% on them.

Damn. I guess the only thing I can do is just change the text to reflect that?

@Pouakai Confirmed with a test that the production bonus from the WonderProductionModifier tag is only for the city, not empire wide.
