The form and color scheme are great. Once you add sharper textures (as sharp as default texture), Valve won't have any reason not to add this into the game :D

Well it's not THAT bad.. but the ogre's hair looks really really bad..(instead why not another type of hood?), the shoulder idea is really good tho, just make it a little less goofy (just a little)

I think the textures could be improved a lot, specially the dark brown parts of belt and the shoulderpad, as well as the eyes of the squirrel.

LOOKS AWESOME. Clean it up a little bit. Also, redesign the weapon please. Make it look more trivial and unique, since this theme is a bit 'caveman-e'.

Ogre Magi always fight and goof off, think its very appropriate :3 Love it! Just get some better texture and its g2g.

Very nice job! If it would be possible to get some in game short-video of it that would be swell (since most full character sets look different in game vs images alone).
