Overall:
The pellet puzzle on the first chamber was fine, even though it was easy. The pellet puzzle on the second had a furious execution (not to mention quite cheap, since Rexaura and the companion chamber in Portal 1 already used this a ton), and the momentum puzzle was quite good (hitting wall instead of ceilling surface) if not for the fact that it was hidden away. You make some quite good chambers Hugo, but that's not one of them.
This problem would have been easily solved if the entrance to that second chamber was placed on the turret's line of sight (where the button part is) so that it reminds the player of it. Or maybe if the turret had the pellet catcher instead and then a second pellet would spawn.
My second problem with the second chamber is... well with the momentum puzzle. The only real challenge this chamber had was the execution, not one moment of my furious attempts trying to play it I was thinking how to solve the puzzle. This was an exception, however mainly because it was hidden away from the player's view. And you actually mentioned one of those things on your monoportal guide! The "red herring" problem. That part should have been nearly where the turret is (have a cage to his back and upside so it wouldn't hit him).
The first chamber, for instance, doesn't spawn the pellet unless you keep pressing that darn button for some reason. You should make it in the PuzzleMaker as such that the pellet will just despawn if you let go of the button to make the puzzle work better.
The second chamber now, oh boy.... where do I start?
I had actually forgotten on this one the turrets on Portal 2 had a range, as such, I continuously attempted and attempted to aim that pellet while quite near the turret (because in my head I had cover from the wall). It was disastrous simply because like a lot of people here we had quite a ton of near misses, and I personally had to also deal with the constant spray of bullets from the turret!

2nd mistake: Making the puzzle use unreliable cube physics with a pellet that has almost not telling of what it will do and hitting you kills you instantly.
Try using those rexaura cube stabilizers, those make for fun and not-fiddly pellet puzzles
