Great mod, amazing map. However, the optimization is not good. Every time I get to a city, my framerate drops down to 10 in my Intel i5 12400F and GeForce RTX 4060 Ti. There are also holes in the map, and I know that because I dropped through one and had to suicide to get out. Other than that, great map. I really hope to see this map optimized and fixed one day to get the justice it deserves.

sad to see this abandoned. genuinely the best non curated map on the workshop. Had a lot of fun with this back when it worked.

Hey guys, what´s good?
I'm really loving the map so far, I've been playing it solo with a couple of mods, yet I´m having a lot of crashes. I blame the original game for most of the random ones, but I noticed everytime I specifically pass north of Tokyo, just before the tank, the game always crashes.
Any advice? Thanks :)

I'm in the snowy areas of the map and there's no blizzard effect where snowflakes start falling
I've used the /weather console commands but the effect still won't show up

multiple areas, mostly near tunnel entrance/exits, have holes in the map, while not paying attention i fell through one of them, tried swimming back towards the map and died losing my hours of loot in the process, this map is great and if this could be fixed somehow that would be amazing

Lots of things to do: Once I came to the safe zone and it is not enough that the game has a bug with Irish pants, yet the sensei in the temple gives me a task to go to Dublin which is in Ireland, in addition, I offer IFR clothes and I can't drive away from there so please fix the bugs.

I understand that this map is intended to be purely vanilla, but can we have Japan flags? I haven't seen any flags that represent Japan (apart from the one in JS Izumo and the military tops); only Coalition flags and a Russia flag on the very north-east of the map.

Hi everybody , I'm the original tester of probably the best custom map ever Japan ,unfortunately I don't know if ASEL will ever update it , so if you encounter many bugs as I've seen from the comments it's most likely because the map used vanilla assets from a 2017 version of the game.

I really enjoy playing this map, however for certain buildings I see black and purple squares or textures. Also I've noticed that some houses just disappear, like you can see right through them. I'am playing this on my pc and years ago when I played this map on my less powerful laptop, I experienced no graphical issues.

@小町 & kingmar, Try putting all folders inside bundles of Japan map in workshop to the bundles in the server file. I am using windows 10 and steam cmd so it might be different a bit,

So copy all files from Bundles in

U3DS > Servers > *Japan* (<What ever you name the server to be, Japan for my case) > Workshops > Maps > 898363380 > Japan > Bundles

those include Items, NPCs, Objects, Spawns

And paste these to

U3DS > Servers > *Japan* (<What ever you name the server to be, Japan for my case) > Bundles

There should be nothing in Bundles originally, this fixed the error for me, hope this helps.

Unable to find spawn table for resolve with id 1511
...
I've checked the Hawaii Asset and I assure it works well cuz the Hawaii map itself doesn't report any error.
Is this occuring cuz the "spawn table" hasn't been well configurated?
Any idea to fix it?

for some reason I am unable to load on the map in singleplayer and when it finishes loading I never am able to begin playing, anyone have any idea why I cant play the map

There's an issue while loading in, I am unsure why. When I try to load in either at ~33% or at 100% it quits trying to load and I am stuck there at ~800 fps.
