the textures are not missing. go into you options (video) go under advanced and turn your shaders down to medium

Update: missing texture not fixed, for those wondering it makes random common infected not have their head textures, making you see green, pink, red and blue missing texture on them.

to fix the missing textures try lowering the "shader" setting. I put mine to medium and it fixed it
