Cant be pkaced without Chao Anarchy. Its red at all roads and could not place it without Anarchy.

The MAC store did pop up for me, and then it disappeared shortly after and two squares of the commercial zone was dezoned. Is this expected and the only solution is to manually plop it?

I'm having issues getting this to place along a road--I attempted to place this along a road, but it conflicted. I tried to figure out if I could remove the sub-building in the asset editor, but I was having some issues with that. I don't know if a recent update broke it, but I'd love to know if there's a solution. Thanks!

It does not work, you have to use a mod to plop it.

@alborzka a solution solves the problem. the problem is the building won't place along the road, the solution, use anarchy...and a "workaround" is a way of solving a problem. And if that isn't a good enough solution for you, then a proper solution is to just hit the green unsubscribe button and move on sweetheart

That's more of a workaround though, not a solution. A proper solution would have the building placeable without Road Anarchy. Honestly the only other asset I can remember needing Road Anarchy (although I'm sure there's more) is Union Station and even then it was stated in the description. It wasn't stated here, so I wasn't sure if there was something wrong on my end or not (conflicting mod, etc), hence why I asked for advice. Anyway, if that is your suggestion then OK, thank you.

No need to be a dick, it was a simple question and a fair one since buildings should be placeable relatively easily.

@alborzka perhaps the sub-building footprint gets in the way? any advice? i think you answered that one yourself

@bewilderedboy thanks, but as you can see from my workshop, I like to do a wide variety of commercial and residential levels as well as experiment with other things. If I only stuck to one style, what fun would that be for me?

it's nice but I prefer the grungier stuff for my smaller neighbourhoods. I've already got my bigbox retail park done but my backstreets still need some work. The Pres Wine and Liquor and the Cheque into Cash stores for example were epic stuff. Exactly what my scuzzy neighbourhoods needed. Keep up the good (bad?) work.
