@vinchenzojackal&shoon It's probably based on the Gaping Maw. You know, the enemy that looks like this and sucks.

I've seen a Maw, they don't look like this in game. This is a Grimace in game.
The two enemies are different in appearence, and action, in game.
However its a common-place mistake to use one enemy's name for another.

@MadBatWannabes, could you take a look at the log.txt file under Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+\log.txt and look for "error" with Ctrl+F? Or maybe just host it somewhere so I can take a look at it?
