Is anyone else having difficulty carrying two primary weapons and rocket launcher?

Unless a perfect sequence is used, often primary weapon and launcher will disappear. They can be re-equipped, but visual is gone. I presume, like @TheDome says below, that you cannot reload with all three weapons.

No. You have to put it on your back with the mouse wheel. But I can´t use the mod becuase When you respawn the other weapon is gone. The same problem also by loading the loadout.

And where is the extra slot?
