As of repentance, this item has broken a little bit. The tear appearance has changed (imo for the better), but the freezing tears no longer work. If this could be fixed I'd appreciate it a lot.

I think you should just rename it to Late Note, and just make it look like one without the red glow.

Yeah it's part of the game's freezing effect. It turns them into a rock, and when you kill them, it makes a breaking rock sound

Was going to ask. Is sound effect of rocks being broken intended on fozen enemy kill?

Really neat idea. Doesn't hurt the lore and should be added to the game in my opinion.
