I've already said that it's not likely that this is going to become a playermodel. (not by my hands at least)
There are addons like PAC3 and Model Manipulator that let you attach models to your playermodel or replace them respectively, so you could use them as a workaround.
What do you mean by"get the tf2 model into garrys mod"?
That's essentially what this addon already does.

I didn't actually make these skins, I just hexed them so they can be used in Gmod.

That depends on what you're trying to change the colour of:
If you're trying to change the colour of the ragdoll, that won't work, the ragdoll doesn't have a paintable skin.
If you're trying to change the colour of the tail that's it's seperate addon, but one of the required items for the set, then only the tail tip and spikes are paintable, the base texture will remain team coloured.
