Nah, just blinking, I think I could have done lipsync for some of the models but not all of them have mouths suprisingly, I don't think Guzma has one, but yeah anyway, none of them have lipsync.

i found a small bug; with certain weapons in first person mode the screen get's overtaken by a large amount of texture glitch, assumingly from somewhere near the facial area. otherwise it works fine. i particularly found trouble using the auto-shotgun and the axe for some odd reason

Very easy, you just need to edit the vmt file to include the animated code, like how fast the frames cycle etc, and I use Paint.NET to 'animate' the texture by just adding each new frame as a different layer, as long as you tick the little box when saving it as "animated" then it should all work perfectly.

Just a quick question: how hard is it to add animated face textures to a mod similar to this? Will there be any software needed besides GCFScape?

Oh i figured it out.
I was using the L4D1 pistols with the animation and everytime i use that addon, it messes up the hands. i uninstalled it and it works perfectly now.

Depends, if they're messed up and you're using the default guns I'm not sure why, they should look as they do in the pictures, if you're using custom guns, CS:GO ones for example, then yeah, it doesn't work with them forsome reason, dunno why.

@Castro the Commie, I was actually thinking of putting Mohn over Louis also because he's Lillie and Gladion father and it might be a bit weird if he were on another team, and I think Kukui would probably match better with being on the same team as the protagonist.
You're pretty spot on about them fitting better body wise.
