So did i, i went to some zoo's before and saw the fungus in action myself, i didnt really know what it was doing, because the ant was walking around weirdly. Until the last of us came out i finally understood what the hell cordyceps was and why it was called a zombie fungus.

There are actually more than 3 that are edible.

1.Amethyst Deceiver (Not to be confused with Lilac Fibrecap. Found in Mexico and has a mild taste.)
2.Bearded Tooth (Also known as Lion's Mane. Choice delicacy. Must be cooked.)
3.Button (These are the common white mushrooms you see in stores along with Portabello.)
4.Cordyceps (Used as tonics in China. Rather expensive.)
5.Indigo Milk Cap (Used for blue-colored soups. Found in tropical areas.)
6.Ink Cap (Found in Europe. Not to be consumed with Alcohol.)
7.Morel (Rich taste. Common in France.)
8.Octopus Stinkhorn (Despite smelling putrid... it's actually edible)
9.Portabello (Common store mushroom. Also the mushrooms you eat from pizza joints.)
10.Puffball (Giant Variant. Acts like Tofu with flavor absorption.)
11.Shiitake (Normally found in East Asia.)
12.Truffle (Lots of fiber, but really expensive due to how it's found.)
13.Turkey Tail (Served as tea powder)
14.Veiled Lady (Considered choice delicacy among Europeans.)
