I just took half an hour to find this one mod in my 60+ others that was screwing everything up. It really, really clonks my bonkers when my ships all start flying wrong and I can't figure out why.

Is this new mod fully available to the player at the beginning of a new campaign, or must it be unlocked by locating a Dazzle Splendor fleet and destroying one of its ships worth more than 1000P?
