1. This image looks nothing like a syringe containing heroin,

2. Heroin motablizes to morphine in the body, so if you wanted this to be medical injector it would be a morphine shot, if it was street drugs, it wouldn't look anything like this if the image here is the same.

3. Heroin, which motabilizes into morphine is a narcotic, it is a central nervous system depressant and is the opposite of adrenaline, heroin will knock you on your ass, adrenaline will get you off your ass.
