Hi amedis27, I think that might be the problem. There's other people with the same problem as you have. They also have the Miami Mall pack. I will try to fix my mods once I get the Miami Mall pack, but I don't plan to buy it before Christmas sale. Sorry for the inconvenice :(

I also have Miami mall. Could that be why?

Hi amedis27, I tested the mod in game again. It didn't show the same problem as you mentioned here. Would you mind to tell me if you have any DLC installed which is different from me? I only have Las Vegas pack and the original game. I'm sorry that I cannot be more helpful.

Hi Mikado-hime, I posted the tutorial in the steam community sub forum for modding. I hope this can help. I'm not sure why the official site doesn't have the residential modding tutorial, I just figure how to make residential mods myself, but it is not that difficult comparing to making other mods.

Could you possibly make a tutorial on how to make residential mods? There's no tutorial for it on the official Project Highrise site. In general I find this community doesn't have any modding guides.

loved it except for one detail... It is too easy to get them in relation to their rent, look at the luxury studio! It asks for stores and reastaurants, but this one can be accesed almost from the start of the gameplay
