No, it does work in multiplayer as it has been added to multiple servers. Do you have any ULX or server installs in your addons that disable chat sounds?

Weird dosnt seem to work... I have the chat sounds enabled and no other chat sound addons. Does this work for only singleplayer I wonder?

How doesit work? I checked the full sounds below discussions tried including the brackets with quotes, just quotes, and no quotes. Did not work.
