@tumba Hello! I am a board game designer and just finished my first big project which will be published next year. Would you be interested in "pimping" a new WWII game? I am creating a basic version in Tabletop Sim now. Perhaps you could even use the same models and files you already have for the minis. Would this be of interest to you? first of all thanks for the amazing work you did on this port, I can only imagine the time it must have taken you, bonus points for the incredibly fine-tuned usability, attention to detail and high-quality scans, truly one of the finest fan-recreation I've seen on TTS period. I know it's been years since the last update and from what I've read there's no plan to update it (Quite a shame although more than understandable.). But, I just wanted to know, as I was playing with the Canadian army I've noticed that the No.4 Mk1 Rifle (The one without a scope.) was missing. I don't know if I've missed something obvious or what but I just can't find it. It's not that big as a deal since I just ended up using the UK ones but it still bugs me a little.
Do you have any idea where that card might have gone? If not do you think you might still have a scan of it handy?

I love to play Warfighter wwii on TTS when I don't have enough space to play with my Box version. I prepared an Airborn mission and just realise that there is no airdrop event cards, and enemy line event cards. Are you planned to add it ?
For the moment I'll take my real cards with me ^^

How do I get this mod to work? All of the boxes on the right side are empty. I can't find the cards for the player solders, locations or any other stuff. I only see the action decks, dice and other stuff.

@vat hom flaffie. Adding additional content is a huge effort. Not only to acquire the cards, scan them and import them. But also to build a database of them and add needed code. That is a lot of my hours and my money to sacrifice. I tried to get a small, very cheap, Patreon going at some point. To at least get some motivation in the form of a cup of coffee or two. But there was exactly zero interest. So sadly, no. No new content on the way.

Looks amazing, but cannot find hostile deck, nor location deck. Are they in the mod? thx!

@Potato Gunner. No Expansions. Crates are just bags with an extra state to prevent them from vacuuming stuff when you do not want anything to go into them.

I think I worked it out. Unfortunately I'm not a huge fan of the crate system. But its a fantastic rendition of the game. Were you planning on adding the North African expansion? or is it already there hidden in some crates?

@Potato_Gunner. There are crates inside crates. Just try dragging them out.

I'm sorry I seem to be missing something. Where are the mission cards. I understand how to navigate the crates but aren't sure where the specific regions are...

@Von Bednar. I think I found a way to restore the lost folder. It should be fixed now...

@Von Bednar. There was a small mishap with Dropbox loosing an entire folder. At least the Soldier figures from Modern are lost. Maybe something else too. I'm looking into it at some point. But as I'm on vacation at the moment I cannot do much for a while.

It seems bunch of the components are missing. Any chance of updating?

@Bullman. Kind of doable but way too much explaining. I suggest you don't use the dicetray at all. Instead subscribe to my Tumba's Magic Dicetray in the workshop. Can do similar things, but way easier code. And all code fully commented.

OK...I just want to make a few minor edits to mod. There are two changes. I want to replace all the die in the game (including the ones that work with the dice tray) with the standard plain plastic ones you can find in the Objects folder. I also want to remove the explosion animation/sound from the Dicetray so all it does is throw die in the air. These sound like minor changes. Can you advise me on how best to do that?

@Bullman. I use the same engine in several games. The names of the objects refer to functions they have.

I had a quick look at the scripting (though I am not familiar with TTS scripting BTW)...it does look like the scripting has lots of exotically named functions that for some reason relate to Greek gods for some reason (Hades, Pandora, Ozymandias, Theia)...and other words like mortal, divine, roayls....why does the script have such odd references that don't even seem like they should exist in a script for Warfighter WW2?

Not all expansions are included. See description for what is included.. The dice are changeable if you either know how to lua script or replace the die bitmap in you own copy of the mod. All equipment cards are included in the equipment deck. Weapons,,hostiles and soldiers are in the respective nations Duplicates are removed unless they have different stats. With the expansions included, there were not that many already existing hostiles to add to.

I'm guessing any and all Hostile cards of particular nations from each Expansions just get added to any other pre-existing same nation Hostile card decks that may have existed from the Core game and other expansions?

Also, is there a way to change the look of the die used in that Dicetray? I find it hard to read the text on them and just would prefer standard die

OK got it! A few more questions if its OK. I understand that there are like 54 expansions for the game (all of which you have included?) which add to all the different card types. I know some cards from particular expansions have been grouped together in their own deck inside those boxes eg. UK Airborne Soldiers. Where are the other cards that belong to the different expansions (eg. where are the 5x Equipement cards or 13x Weapon cards that come wit the UK Airborne expansion pack #40, or the )? Have they just been mixed in generically elsewhere?

No plans for the moment.
I tend not to add any new things, as I do not want to impact the sales of DVG in any negative way.
Also I do not own and have not pledged for Med and NA, so I kind of doubt that I'll ever add them, sorry.
Same goes for the newer "Scenario packs".

Some of the older scenario packs, on the other hand, might find their way in at some point.
But not in the near future.

Dude, this is a perfect mod right here. I've loved playing it all over the summer. Is there any plans to add the latest waves to it e.g. the battle packs and now the North Africa and Med box sets? I know that's a TON of work, but would love to see them in here at some point

All Warfighter versions, even the Fantasy one, are using the same Universal Rulebook so all versions should have the same "goodies".

This is an awesome game!!! I am planning to play this game whilst I work security tonight. Between patrols and other duties I have hours of time to stay awake.

Just a random question: What is the time line of the warfighter games coming out? I feel the WW2 game has more nuance to it than the modern one. I feel like the WW2 ones are the newer ones due to them being a bit more complicated and good.
