As Advent suggests below, this UGC is working as intended... for some people.

Entregan recently informed me that he downloaded Dragonfall Director's Cut, after the Director's Cut was released, but not through Steam. This clarifies the problem. I myself bought the core Shadowrun with Deadman Switch pre-Dragonfall, and then when HBS released their first expansion, then it wrote over a lot of my core files. These critical files seem to differ or else are lacking entirely in other people's hard drives.

I've taken great care to inform you here that by downloading my supplement Props and Pngs, then we could potentially work around this problem, but I forgot to add it to this UGC as a required dependency, until just now.

And Steam is giving me beef with Re-Publishing once again. I'm trying to change cover pictures and get a Re-Publishing to take... fingers crossed.

Specifically, after opening the new editor, the old editor crashes upon opening, and I cannot use the old editor at all anymore. The obvious solution is just to only use the new editor from now on, which doesn't address those subscribers who do not own the Director's Cut. Furthermore, the new editor will not allow me to publish anything at all. It won't publish from the old game menu, but from the new game menu it just only times out and utterly fails.

If you own Dragonfall Director's Cut but not the original version of Dragonfall, then opening this content returns you to the main menu as if you do not own the required dependencies. This is proving to be a huge problem, and I have yet to discover the workaround required. The conflicts from two game windows plus two differing versions of editors and crossed file paths all throughout are extremely complex. If anyone can suggest a web site for helpful literature, then hopefully I can publish some new UGCs that everyone will be able to play.

I like it. It's fun to mess around as npcs.
