Yes - all my industries are closing down production

It does take tools and I've managed to haul those, the problem is then something else. If you're using the beta patch which went live few days ago, it has some issues with industries

The description says it carries tools. I can't get the machine factory to load the tools on the train. Yes the city has the appropriate truck route to deliver to commercial buildings.
