I hope you could do some japan and usa AI naval fix, so that pacific war could really happen in some sort, not sitting back in their homeland all time. As you mentioned AI is too silly to do anything which makes all of your good and hard work have only a little actual impact in single player...

New contents and expansions are planned.

- Fascist Hong Kong will be reworked. Fascist HK can choose to become a new warlord of China and struggled for the power.

Weird. I have played many times, and the Japs started southern expansion in 12/1941 every time.

I updated and changed some ai setting. You can try again.

It didn't happen even after Japan conquered China...

@Durianfarmer If Japan didn't own some states in South China, they will not implement the southern operation and declare on allies. Also, USA need to completed the focus "embargo japan".

I kept playing till 1943+ and Japan never declared on Allies; it just kept grinding China
