You're a bit of contradictory yourself --> can I reupload this mod? YES there's no existent laws or any public GPL that states you cannot reupload any software. --> Will you make a patch for X? <-- this just contradicts your "cannot reupload this mod" because to create a patch indeed you need to reupload the mod.

IIRC I think this doesn't work with Blastcore but I love this mod none the less. I really wish Bi would've kept the lens flare on the aircraft lights. Looks beautiful and realistic.

This has a much more... for lack of better words, exaggerated.
The current one in vanilla is a lot more dialed back. This is good for cinematics and other types of artistic shots. Or if you just prefer it this way.
