So can I change the eyes, but keep it the same otherwise?

@Dev/Null, you can always just enter my mod with packfilemanager and remove the body textures and keep the head textures, unfortunatly you cant edit out the hair textures or such since face and hair is on same texture DDS file.

Shame, I like the face but the rest is awful

Any chance you can upload a version where only the face is changed and the rest is the same ?
