I can give you the files if you want to convert them. But to be honest, I'm not even 100% sure if it'll get louder if they're .wav's, haven't tested it msyelf.

The mod contains .mp3 files which are less louder than .wav files, and I'm too lazy to convert them.

Hmm, that's not a bad idea actually. I love Postal 2 and there are plenty of quotes of the Postal Dude, so I might work on that in the near future.
