It would be cool if you could do that with every normal building block that is currently in game.
like light-weight concrete and so on! :)
Also, just the opposite would be great! :D
I mean, Heavy-weight wood and stuff like that!

I am planning to add more blocks like aluminium and other suggested blocks / parts.

Even just adjusting the hue/sat/lum of the texture to make it brighter and slightly blue-tinted would work.
