Yep, great idea, but every time I start the game, the first run always (or at least almost always) has this curse on the first floor. I can't say if it happens too often for later floors.

Surely this will create rooms where damage is unavoidable where you'd otherwise destroy rocks with TNT.

Should call it something else. Spikes seems too obvious. Perhaps Curse of the Sacrifice or Curse of the Floor?
