The Last Breath is called "Pyro_Halloween_Gasmask" in the files.
Search for that, and it should show up.

If I remember correctly, the sword in that animation was one from DOTA 2, while this is inspired by that same sword.

Now, I wouldn't be able to tell you WHICH sword it is, but it's from DOTA 2, I know that much.

It's a hex, so it's used for posing in screenshots and stuff like that, it's not a functional weapon.
It can be found in your addons folder under "TF2 Hex; The Demon Edge"
