Yes, I know, many scripts don't seem to work anymore, even my addon barely works anymore. Some animations no longer work either. Unfortunately, this game mode is no longer up to date and will certainly not be updated in the near future. ELEVATOR IS WORK!!!
READ ISTRUCTION:
If the doors won't close, that means you aren't in the Elevator: Source gamemode.
Before starting the game:
- Click the bottom right icon in GMod's main menu that says "Sandbox".
- Select "Elevator: Source" from the pop-up menu.
- Now start a new game.

For anyone having the flickering screen glitch, try running the gamemode as a local server when starting the map. Don't know why, but that fixes it for me.

I don't know, the addon is really old, some functions may not work properly, my addon has only one map, the original contains the scripts and the last update was released in 2013.
