It seems like worse epiphora at start but becomes better and that lowkey is what eye of the occult does but finnaly someone made it for afterbirth cause it was like coolest shit ever

I had totally forgotten about Epiphora -_-
I haven't played antibirth yet, so I didnt know about eye of the occult, however the wiki for that just says control tears mid flight, this item doesn't give you that much control, it just makes sure all old tears travel the same direction as the newest tear.

So eye of the occult from antibirth that doesn't look as badass and epiphora on steroids?

The way the damage increasing one would synergize with brimstone is that your damage would keep increasing when the brimstone laser is being fired, and your damage would reset after the beam has dissapeared.

(Hopefully that's possible to program)

Not yet, but I am planning on giving compatibility with dr fetus and tech X
not sure how I would add synergy with things like brimstone/technology/mom's knife since they're basically just a single 'item' attacking in a line in front of the player.

Noice, And any of these items have special sinergies? (Like with brimstone, Dr Fetus, Epic Fetus or whatever)
