I wanted to love this but its so complicated to build with all the separate pieces. Getting multiple error messages such as multiple issues and not operating. Not sure how to fix and I have tried everything. Unfortunately I am going to have to bulldoze this one out of my city!

Network Extensions 2 . I think the road I used was the Zonable Pedestrian Pavement.

Thanks Crazy, I was wondering about that. I just did a search for Network Roads and couldn't find anything. Do you mean Network Extensions? Can you link what you're using to create that screenshot? Also, where do you get the road with no lines?

I used network roads 2.0 mod. its hard to tell but It there is a road with no lines inbetween the Costco and parking.

Question, how did you get the parking lots in front of the costco? I can only snap the Costco or the parking lot to roads, doesn't appear to be a way to make parking lots part of the road?

@Tronald Dump Sam's Club is WalMart in bulk they are owned by the same company and everything you can find in WalMart you can find in Sam's Club for the most part

Sorry the props are not up to your expectations. You can always edit it with the ingame asset editor to your likings.

@Alex
The Move-It mod is not mandatory. To get the buildings to line up, you will have to create a road one cell closer to the building to the lay sub pieces. Delete the road then recreate the road back one cell for the main front piece. I understand this seams tedious but after testing various layout in the end i felt that 4x8 add on pieces would fit better then 4x9. I can add a picture eventually to explain further.

In game now... if you would please remove the fence, the parking spaces, the shipping containers, and the dumpster from the back lot of the one building then this will be perfect.

Awesome, except for the most of the junk in the back wouldn't be there. (some of the fence, cars, etc.) How do the trucks backup with all that stuff in the way to unload the goods? Would be awesome if you would remove them and let us design the back with our own props. Now I haven't used it yet in game, but I hope for the changes... unless it's just for the screenshots... ??

@TheScneid12, try using the discussions page next time. You can add the "mods" or assets as we call them by clicking on the bright green button which says SUBSCRIBE. Then load your city and look through unique buildings/ RICO settings.
