In an easy way, Select "Large-fountain" type prop at asset importer, and seats must be at the specified height and position. please look descriptions and screenshot.

Really good! If possible, I would like to make a request. I'm currently building the city of Cork (Ireland) and I would love to have an asset like this one but just a square block of concrete or marble where people can sit. Like the one you can see here:
