If you download this mod and go to the mod location, you can alter the numbers and change them to whatever you like. I'm probably never going to update this mod so you won't have to worry about it being overwritten.
It's just the default message. This will work, you just need to check the box.
I'm not sure, to be honest. It should, near as I could tell. The code referencing the government intolerance hasn't changed.
Great name, first off. Secondly, you can alter the values yourself to fit your needs. All you need to do is go to where the mod is saved and open up the SQL file and change all the 0 (or -0.1, I don't remember which it was) to the value you want. -1 or -2 should be enough to bring back their dislike of your governing style without making it too over the top.
You'll need to find your Steam game installation location and then go to steamapps>workshop>content>289070
Then you'll need to find the mod. The folder name is some string of numbers that I don't know what it is. Find it and go to the SQL file and open it. Notepad++ works best but regular Notepad will also open it, the text just won't be as easy to read.
