This is just a retexure of the normal vampire lord...to change the wings would be 3d modeling which i know nothing about. Sorry.

I dont like the bulking wings, can you change that so its more.... orderly and more wing like?

when this mod is activated, the Vampire Lord sometimes doesnt show up, like i turn into one, but it's like i'm invisible, only like the ornaments on the body show up but no skin or hair soo yeahhhhh

Actually I believe I have a corrupted save, since the game continued to freeze and crash with the message after turning off all mods AND reinstalling the game. Thank you though!

@ PariahtheDarkOne Have you tried unchecking one mod at a time and trying to go into the deepwood redoubt area? this way you can figure out what mod is causing it. It could also be caused by having two or more mods conflicting with each other. Say you have two different mods that change that area...the mods could conflict causing your issue. Just a thought.

Hello there, if you are reading this comment, then I have subscribed to the mod currently on this page. I am leaving this comment because one of the mods I am subscribed to seems to be causing an error with the Deepwood Redoubt area. Every time I approach it, the game freezes with a windows error message every time. Because of this, I cannot finish multiple quests. Bethesda and Steam tech supports were of no assistance, so I am trying to figure this out myself. If anyone is having the same issue as me, even if it is on a different mod, please leave a reply or send me a message.

Yeah, Adding the dawnguard serana-style eyes to this form would make this mod perfect in my honest opinion. Still beats the vanilla color easily though.

also when opening the fallout mod manger, it asks something like "what would you like to open, Fallout 3 or Fallout New Vegas" if you check either of those it wont open, simply press the red X in the top right corner, the screen will close and then it will open the fallout mod manger with skyrims files. There are other ways to retexture but this is how i learned it.

I use Fallout Mod Manger (put this in the skyrim data file) to extract the .nif and .dds files...nif files are the 3d model and dds files are the actual texture file. I then use GIMP to edit the texture files (GIMP is basiclly a high tec paint) and finally i use Nifskope to apply the dds files to the Nif files. After all that simply open the creation kit and replace beths. files with you own. Here is the link i used to learn how to do this...the hardest part in my experience was getting all the programs to work correctly...certain files need to be in certain locations to work. http://www.creationkit.com/Retexture_Tutorial also some minor things in this tutorial are incorrect such as in gimp it states to "save" the edited file...that doesnt work because it saves it as a picture you need to "export file as" a .dds if you follow this tutorial and have issues or need help just let me know and i'll see what i can do!

i havnt tested this mod with any mods the change the regular vampires apperance but i dont think there should be any issues, this mod just replaces the textures of the vampire lord nothing else so it should be fine.

at least now the vampire lord will not look like a clay monster......

@ »ЌЇΔrØæ«ΜΜØ»ΣČŁIPŠΣ« i know ive deleted our converstation but i just wanted to tell you that I WAS RIGHT! click on the dawnguard tab when searching for a mod, theres nothing there...i even double checked the tags you can select when uploading a mod...and dawnguard is STILL not there...how exactly am i suppose to upload this mod in the dawnguard section when it is still not an option to do so in the creation kit? answer me this.

haha yea, i was planning on one that allowed you to have multiple textures like in my description but its proving to be too much of a problem so i'll prob just make more that replace the normal texture. glad you enjoy it!

an i will say this your vampire texture makes the vampire lord look way more...... darker...( excuse the pun) lol

i know its compatible with DanAC's Harkon Armor Mod but besides that i haven't tested it with anything. It should be compatible with pretty much anything though, all it does is replaces the orginal vampire lord textures so as long as your not using another mod that does that you should be fine.
