yea, just get the wireframe template from the creator (often on their vehicle model steam page) and then import it to paint.net and create your skin. Then use VTF edit and import your skin to the software; then create a proper file directory in the gmod folder and copy the vtf and vmt files u made to it. (Watch one of hundreds of youtube videos to get more detail).

IDk why but these skins are broken for me, first they worked but then after I reloaded the game, didnt install anything new, and now only the Taurus works, but the crown vic and the charger I get all white

One problem. The rest of the skins work fine but on the Ford Crown Victoria it's just plain white. No police related textures on it. How do i fix this?
