Change log
* SFX changed
* syntax change
* waterfall base splash radius made customizable
* size of waterfall particles made customizable

Script update tho this update is not critical, if you have the waterfall running and you happy with it you don't need this update.

Changes:
* Simplified the script
* Made it more Exile friendly
* Now the "water pressure" takes higher values and depend more on the object' direction
* Weren't made any changes in SFX

Not on my comp now, but i think there is a public variable you can make false to make it stop.
The other way is to delete the objects via ad action.

I was curious to know if there was a way to stop the waterfall with an addaction on the object it is based on?

Script update. Very small, non-critical tweak of particles.
Added a fail safe to prevent multiple executions.

Hee Alias! Again, great scripts and great work!
As i mentioned somewhere before, i tried getting your waterfall to work in exile with no success in the past. However, i have it working propperly now. And made an extention script that allowes you to define multiple waterfall's and fallbase's from an array.

Do you mind if i publish this on the Exile forums for all to use? I edited some small portions and added a file for loading it in.

If you want i can send it to you first, all credits are still yours ofcourse ^.^

It's in the terrains core mod, but the function is run post init on the terrain itself

Script update, i will make a short explanatory video ASAP. Until then check out ini_waterfall.sqf to see how to use it.
Changes:
* Sound fix
* Simplified the script, you need to edit only one parameter now
* Now is much easier to set up the waterfall, you only need to set the direction in editor of the object you use as source for waterfall

One of these days i will have to get into Exile, ATM i cannot assist you because i don't know much about its infrastructure.
Ask around, far as i know there are people using it on Exile.
Tho, if i manage to test it in Exile i will get back to you.

Great mod! Great work! Looks epic in possibilities in the editor.

Im trying to get this to run in my exile server however i cannot seem to place an object and run the script from the init.
Since this is a exile server i cannot edit this through the editor so i have to manually add it in my mission.sqm.
Not really any issues there however if i add an object, add the init= with your command it does not show the waterfall. It shows the object but the init field is never triggered.

Is this a locality issue or does the init= no longer work in mission.sqm?

@ALIAScartoons would you be okay with me integrating the script into a terrain mod? I don't know that it's possible just yet, but I do have an idea on how I might accomplish it. It would require that the script is packed with the map data, so that is something to consider as well.

No, but i plan to release a script for ambiental sound effects i've been using in my missions and maybe a FM radio script, but we will see if i have the time.
What you suggested will be doable using my script tho you would need the sounds.

Have you thought about doing a script in a style of voices on the battlefield? Something like we have the soldiers screaming, cursing, calling for medics, screaming for support etc?
