@DJStitch91 Ah! I remember now! I changed it to where you have to have The Black Star quest completed in order to craft Azura's Star and The Black Star! Seems I completely forgot to update the description! Sorry about that!

@DJStitch91 Hmm.. how many do you have on you? The recipe requires 8 gems, might only show up if you have that many.

@WALN Zell Umm... good point. All the gems require two of the previous tier of gem to craft. Azura's Star requires eight Grand Soul Gems and The Dark Star requires eight Black Soul Gems. I'll add a book with the crafting recipies to the Windhelm forge within the next day or two.

If the forge doesn't show the item until you have the resources to make it, how will I know how what resources I need?

well if you could make so the cant craft it untail you compleate the quest. you can craft other soul gems becouse you seen them before but you have never seen Asura's star or the black star. that way it would be like part of the quest. you did not know how to craft it but now you seen it. you now know how too, plus if you want the black star but want Aranea Ienith as a follower that becomes possible.

@kambui700 I suppose you do have a point there.. Do you suggest that I make the quest a prerequisite to craft the stars? That is a possibility.

@ZachFishAwesome Yes. Azura's Star and The Black Star are special soul gems. They both can hold up to grand level souls, but are special in the sense that they aren't destroyed upon being used. The difference between Azura's Star and The Black Star is that the Black Star can hold NPC souls.

What are Asura's Star and The Black Star used for? Are they used for enchantments like soulgems are?
