Try making it interactive. A hexagon pops-up when mouse is on top of it :) You'll need some coding experience to do so, but it's not impossible :))

Thank you for the criticism! And I completely agree with you, infact this was also not the desirable effect I was going for, but since I have almost no expirience with animating, this was the result. There are also some other details to be fixes and so I will probably make a second version (when I have the time off from school). Thank you again for being awesome! :D

I like the wallpaper. Although, in my opinion, I don't really like that the grey hexagons go up and down in unison but thats just my opinion either way. It's just a small detail though :P I stil like the wallpaper though :P

I used a program called Cinema4D. I also have troubles comming up with great ideas, in this example I already did a very similar wallpaper, but when this new program came out I had the idea to animate it. And thank you for the kind comments :D
