can this work with squad manager?

Do we still need to install Long War 2 or does Long war of the Chosen replace it?

I've just tested it and this mod is compatible with Long War of the Chosen without any modifications. You don't need the LW2: Better Squad Icon Selector, just install LWOTC and all its required mods, get this mod and you're good to go! :)

Thanks for making the mod. It's always nice to have more variety in the game. I also just noticed that 8 of the U.S. Division patches are "phantom" divisions. They were created during the misinformation campaign against the Germans in WW2.

Would like to see some Marine, and regimental patches.

Thanks for the link, those are definitely funny and worth taking a look. Unfortunately nearly all of them rely on words/phrases and those simply don't work out with the size of the insignias on this mod. I was thinking of removing the 'AIRBORNE' tabs of the current insignias on the mod for this same reason

I'd prefer to add sets of related insignias instead of single ones. Perhaps in the future I might make a set of sci-fi military organizations.

What tv shows, comics, and cartoons should be done? There's already GI Joe from somebody, but I'd love to see MASK from the 80's! Maybe some Marvel and DC like the Spidey symbol and Cap's shield? The Watchmen logo...

Now that I've managed to get the mod on Steam I'm redoing the assorted symbols to look like the Greek alphabet shields. Later I'm gonna do some retouches to the military insignia/patches as well since I haven't adapted those as well.

If you have any military insignia/patch that you'd like added, just add it to the comments. Keep in mind that their displayed size is rather small (the images are all 256x256 px but they appear smaller displayed on Geoscape), so icons with too much detail usually don't work that well. Simpler works better.

I had a look at Saint's Row symbol and I'm skeptical that it will work, because of the detail involved. But I've already recolored the fleur-de-lis to both red and grey versions and I can add a purple version if you wish

Okay, my bad. I see the fleur-de-lis in the 1st screenshot. Saint's Row symbol with appropriate color scheme still requested though.
