The sound adjustment mentioned on discussion so the process should be same for everyone. I think it's just your pc. Try reset the sound setting or troubleshoot sound problem. hope it helps!

Oh thank you, it might be just my computer but sometimes the webwallpaper32 doesnt even show up, and when it does i mute it and i can still hear sound.
