I've had a couple of people contact me about this mod not loading most of the images, Unfortunatly, I am not in a position to fix this. My only contribution to this mod was scanning/photo-editing all the dlc items from my actual game into formats TTS liked. I passed all of this to the other author who then inserted them into his mod and stored all the image files (the mod existed with the base game before I came along). I haven't seen or heard from them in some time.

I have many of the image files of the dlc if someone else wants to make a mod for mice and mystics. But I've not played TTS since pre-covid so not active enough to do the base game from scratch either. Appologies for all those trying to access the mod. I had much fun with this version of M&M for remote playing with friends.

many componets fail on download

This may have been working at one point, but it seems as if the Google Drive links everything was tied to have stopped working.

Just a bunch of broken textures and models, quite a number of errors and loud music.

Extremely broken, many, many models and textures don't load, and comes with a bonus of loud music.

Unusable due to many assets not loading.

A failed URL and pasted into a browser and Google reported:

Google reports:

Perhaps the assets may not have right permissions set up in Google Drive?

Can you please give me a specific item that isn’t working?

I suppose it’s possible that Google made a change that altered the U.R.L. in which case the mod file itself would need to be updated and I don’t have the means to do so at the moment.

There are still more than 65 files that cant be loaded.

Hi, I just tried to load it but there are still many google drive files that can't be loaded properly.

For some reason Google restricted access to the files. I’ve changed this. Let me know if there are any further problems.

i tried this out and it seams that a large portion of the renders are from private google docks so you can't actualy view them

i wanna play this but the majority of the objects seem to be broken :(
is this going to get fixed...? I'd love to play this with some friends

i was able to play the 2 first story book a year ago and now that my friend want to play again, i bought the 3rd game. but seems this workshop doesnt work anymore. a lot of drive missing.

Hi Ryan, thanks for making this mod. With it we were able to play through the first story book even when the distance is to far to meet in person.
Unfortunately a lot of links to the image files are broken and we can't continue our game. Maybe you can have a look into this.

Tried loading up the workshop today, Unfortunately the google drive is missing. I noticed another user on Jan 12 noticed the broken links. Will this get fixed anytime soon?

Did the images/links get fixed? Lots of them are rejected via google drive as missing

I don’t have a computer right now to fix it but when I do I will look into this.

thanks, It's not that there are too many tokens it's that the "stunned" token seems to be missing and instead there are two stacks of "charmed" tokens next to each other. I assume that one was meant to be the stunned token

I don’t have access to my physical version or the mod at the moment. But as I recall how was very careful in making the components of the mod match exactly those of the game and all of its expansions.

That said I believe you can just delete what you don’t want and save it. This shouldn’t change the default mod though.

Hi! First of all, amazing mod, I've been searching through it all to set up my first game with my group. Looking through the components I have in my box, I seem to have 4 Charmed, 4 Webbed and 4 Stunned however in the mod there seems to be 8 Charmed and 4 Webbed. Is there any way for me to change this? Thanks.

It is a commercial product- although you have everything else you need to play the game. The only thing that is missing is the storybooks.

So, in order to play this game, we have to purchase the actual game?

Playable stories? You need to actually but the game to get the storybook. Although, if I recall correctly, there are free storybooks from the publisher.

Does this version come with the playable stories or does anyone else have them to share?

That would be great. TheFlamingRed was going to do it but I guess he/she missed that one and I forgot to press the issue. I would welcome your help- anything to keep this game alive & well!

@Ryan I made a scanned of my copy of the punch out page with the toadstool with the intent to help until realizing that making a 3d token required 3d modeling work. I can get you the scan if interested.

Apparently, I lied- I've updated the modification with everything I have. As far as I'm aware we're just missing the Toadstool token at this point. But then again several of the existing assets could be improved upon- particularly the doublesided ones. I also need to do some space optimization at some point. If anyone is interested in helping, let me know.

any idea when the stuff for Downwood tales will be added?

I now have assets for all of the expansion content, which means when I eventually get around to finishing it this mod will have all Mice And Mystics content.

Downwood Tales content will be integrated into the mod in the coming days.

The only Downwood Tales content are the cards. There were plans are one point to incorperate all Downwood Tales content, but they fell through.

Maybe I'm missing it, but where are the downwood character setups? I see the original six and Nere only. Thanks.

Apologies in preperation for the coming updates files got deleted/renamed. A new version is now up the corrects this as well adding in the Downwood Tales cards.

one loaded there's an error about image not found, indeed some decks are just blank, the only way to work is to use the backup?

I wouldn't think the cards not showing up would be an operating system issue- but I'm no expert. You could use Tabletop Simulator Mod Backup and use it to install this modification. That way you would have a locally copy.

This looks awesome! But I'm having a problem on mac with the card images not showing, any ideas guys?

I updated the link. Also, a new version including better looking cards, as well as Downwood Tales cards should be forthcoming within the next week or so.

After that a major addition should be forthcoming with the remainder the expansion content.
